Out on the acreage parcels near the river, gravel drives and gated entries are common, so it's worth mentioning that when you book. Either way, clear a path from the kitchen to wherever the truck will park, move rugs or furniture out of the hallway, and if the stove is coming from an upstairs or bonus-room kitchen, say so when you schedule.
